Riot

Effects: You are in the midst of a riot of angry people, intent on venting their fury on the environment...or other targets! Each turn, roll Stamina + Athletics as a reflexive action; failure results in the infliction of two points of bashing damage. The environment begins to take damage as well. Cause: Demonstrations. Invocation of supernatural powers of rage or other strong emotions. End: Escaping the scene of the riot, or end of the scene.
