A dense, dark forest said to be haunted by a wood-creature known as the Grinnir, this woodland is nonetheless a favorite site for hunters. Local legend prescribes a small corpus of rituals that all the local hunters learn from an early age, and even those hunters do not travel far into the dark heart of the wood, preferring to keep to the plentiful game of its outskirts.
