Oaths

An Oath, sworn between Zephyr and Midnight Sun, sanctified by Short Luck Shen, Essence 4, as detailed below.

Upon the restoration of An Teng to her people, under the auspices of Zephyr, the following is sworn:

Neither The First and Forsaken Lion nor the Land of An Teng shall endeavor to change the boundaries of the shadowland encompassing The City of Dead Flowers.

The shadowland of The City of Dead Flowers shall be an Embassy in An Teng.

Active military incursion by either side breaks the Treaty, and the curse shall fall upon the side that breaks the truce.
