• 1 - Not allowed to Publically violate the laws of physics. • 2 - Unknown substances must be made in the laboratory. • 3 - Not allowed to create precious metals without a Masters Degree in Economics. • 4 - Not allowed to create fissionable materials, without written permission. • 5 - Not allowed to transmute the Prana tech. • 6 - I am not allowed to blog about this. • 16 - Not allowed to make explosives.
