The Area outside the City Walls and West of the Old Castle Blvd.

39 – The Warrens – Both the roughest and the poorest neighborhood in Avennar. The City Watch will not enter this neighborhood under most circumstances.
40 – The Red Roof – A Brothel popular with Sailors and Locals.
41 – The Thorn and Thistle – A rough tavern frequented by a mixture of sailors and residents of Cliff side.

Everything West of the Parade Grounds.

Everything North of the Way of Morning

South of the Way of Morning, East of the King's Way

35 – Blushing Corpse Tavern – An out of the way tavern near the necropolis, that is popular with the Minstrels of the city.
