The Guardians (Alpha)

	Firebreak Fire Control, Alpha A firefighter for years on the West Coast, Esperanza advanced to a position of some authority over the CAL-FIRE Department of Forestry and Fire Commission in California, overseeing the efforts of fighting wildfires across the state. She was in New York as a guest speaker at a firefighter's conference, speaking on the techniques used in her work when the event happened. A fire caught in the hotel the conference was being held in (because of course it did) when her powers manifested.

	Miss America Enhanced Physical Abilities, Wall Crawling Alpha A former Stockbroker, Amanda Cartwright was one of the first Supers to be recruited by the US to be part of it's national Super Hero team.

Independent Supers (Alpha)

	Sentry Sentry Type, Alpha Sentry is the Earth's first Superhero. Originally appearing in the Early 30's, Sentry has become iconic image of the superhero, his original image having been used by DC comics in their depiction of Superman. Reportedly they based the character on Sentry's life story, however Sentry has categorically denied this over the years. After his Experiences in WW2, Sentry has avoided fighting in Political Causes. Known Accomplishments Sentry has intervened in numerous natural disasters.
	Revenant Unknown Revenant is a vigilante Hero who works out of Detroit. His costume consists of dark grey body armor with a grey cloak. He was first spotted in 1988 attacking criminals who were setting fires on Devils Night. While he typically leaves the criminals he catches alive, if severely injured, he is the suspect in several high profile murders.
	Blue Steel Transforms into Living Metal, Alpha James Connors was a member of the New York city police department on the day of the event.
