- Mirt's Mansion (1): The residence of Mirt, a well-known merchant and former adventurer of quite rich means. He mostly invests in others' endeavors these days. The mansion is a well-known landmark around the Castle Ward's docks.
- Rental Villa (2): A villa owned by Mirt, it used to be his home before he built his mansion. He now rents it out to those with the means (Wealthy Lifestyle).
- Peaceful Welcome (7): A small one-story boarding house that offers small quarters to "good, industrious folk," according to its owner, a former priest of Ilmater named Tyvis of the Rack. (Poor Lifestyle)

- Old Temple Lot Warehouse (3): Abandoned An old warehouse, quite rundown and no longer used in business. The hangout of ruffians and bullyboys.
- Roverath's Moneychangers (5): Moneychangers Greqan Roverath's small moneychanging business, primarily working for sailors and others who come in off the docks.

Taverns
- Quaffing Quaggoth (9): Tavern (3c•4p) A dwarven-owned tavern, the Quaggoth is a growing favorite of sailors, merchants, and young nobles. Its specialty is the "Quaggoth" - a thick house-brewed stout mixed with an unknown liquor that's "guaranteed to frizz every hair on a quaggoth and then some."
- Sailor's Own (10): Tavern (3c•2p) A crowded, dark, and dirty sailor's dive bar.

- Genmura's Stage (4): Festhall (2c•1p) A bawdy burlesque palace with two floors of small, cheap, stinking rooms above its taphall, Genmura's sees plenty of seedy sorts, criminals, dock hands, and sailors just come a'shore.
