Organizations
The Hutt Cartles
The Anjiliac Clan: The Anjiliac Clan's operations center around Dontal Station. Specifically, Zontus the Hutt relocated his interests in the Klatooine Trade Guild here several years ago when Popara the Hutt (head of the Clan) denounced slave-trading. Because of this Zontus lacks the full backing of his Clan and that makes him cautious when dealing with other organizations. He prefers to use his powerful social demeanor to forge lasting and mutually beneficial business relationships rather than the usual Hutt Tactics.
- Zontus the Hutt [Nemesis - Adversary 2]
- Tandernek, Exec VP of Klatooinian Trade Guild [Nemesis - Adversary 1].
- Warten Vek - Zontus' Gran Majordomo [Nemesis - Adversary 1]
- Lenn Jarberit - Human business representitive [STRONG Rival]
- Haarhurruk - Wookie Mercenary Coordinator [STRONG Rival]
The Besadii Clan: The Besadii Clan has assumed control of Nar Galla in an attempt to strengthen their influence on Ryloth and with hopes of undermining Jabba's influence in this area of space. Divato the Hutt is a top leuitenant to Durga and is extremely wealthy, powerful, and influential. In addition, Divato has at his command a sizable fleet of Hutt Ships and Black Sun enforcers, though he resents their presence.
- Divato the Hutt [Nemesis - Adversary 2]
- Yantal Get - Twi'lek Black Sun Vigo [Adversary 1]
- Q9-R4 - Droid Majordomo to Divato
- Festus the Hutt - Divato's top enforcer captain
- Gybin Reece - Gotal Smuggler Baron
- Torbin - Black Sun Enforcer
- Brugoba (Weequay) - Mining Foreman and Slave-Master on Destalon.
Other Crime Cartels
Black Sun Syndicate: The Black Sun has used its influence in the Besadii Hutt Clan to gain a foot hold in the Sector.
- Yantal Get: Twi'lek Vigo overseeing Black Sun's interests in the Sector.
- Torbin: Tybin is a Cyborg enforcer that answers directly to Yantal and is the most likely to work as a the direct interface to mercenaries and hirelings.
- Quinlin Garek: Quinlin is a human male that acts as the legitimate face for the organizations operations.
- Geskat the Greater: Geskat is the Boss of a loose gang of goons and cutthroats based out of Looffin 3. While he styles himself as an influential businessman, he's really nothing more than a thug and his cool demeanor is usually only skin-deep and any provocation will likely result in him reverting to his ganger roots.
The Zann Consortium: The Zann Consortium has begun making in roads into the Outer Rim, in a similar Fashion to Black Sun.
- Bygan Zann: A human male, and cousin to Tyber Zann and a trusted underboss. The Rock-Ryll Project is his brain child and he can often be found on Durall working with B'an.
- B'ura B'an: B'an is a scheming Twi'lek male, with a angry burn scar on his left lekku (where he burned his former master's brand off). He despises the Hutts and has approached the Zann Consortium in an attempt to undermine Hutt Control of Ryloth.
- Nyn Kablo: She serves as B'an's Shot-caller and enforcer on Ryloth. She is just as fanatical and doubly militarnt and aggressive.

The Crimson Corsairs: A mid level pirate organization that has considerable influence in the Klet Subsector.
The Domaxi Cartel
- Vilia Domaxi: Head of the low level Domaxi Cartel. Vilia is a fan of Chanda and has expressed an interest in securing Chanda's services on a more full time basis. She maintains connections with the majority of the underworld players throughout the sector, and often acts as an intermediary and mediator.

Legitimate (and illegitimate) Governments/Agents
Durall
- The Ximarqis' : While not as prominent as some of the other Durallian Families, the Ximarqis' are by no means without influence in the Circle - the political and administrative body governing Durall. They are close allies with the Zerelic Family, who's Heir - Ponderal Zerelic - serves as the Voice of Discord (minority/loyal opposition) to the High Speaker, Cassius Metex of the Metex Family. It has even been suggested that a formal marriage between the two families may be in order, matching Joshen Ximarqis to Poneral's younger sister Xixmara.
- Madyapasa "The Mother of Courtesans"
