A vampire prowling about Astoria. He was brought to the attention of the cabal when a bread crumb trail of similar dark fates shared by a number of unrelated people both known & unknown to them lead them to him.
Notes
- Those whose future fates have linked them to him are: Valentina Cooper, Robert Henderson, Carlie Banks & Charline Toulouse.
- Turns out that this vampire and at least one lady accomplice, have some sort of deal with the local Seers pylon. They pay the Seers a tribute of cash and grimoire pages in exchange for the right to hunt & prey on people in the area.
- There had been some sort of altercation between these vampires & the Seers back in the 70's that had resulted in a secret war leaving a large number of people dead or missing.
