Helz is minor kingdom in the Western reaches of the Hundred Kingdoms region of the Confederation of Rivers. Helz was once a client state of the Seventh Legion until it joined an alliance of other kingdoms in waging a short and brutal war against Lookshy. Afterwards Helz was granted its freedom and became a trade partner of Lookshy.
