Silver Ladder. This largely Silver Ladder Cabal considers itself to be the Loyal Opposition to the Hierarch, and is the only cabal with the Political pull to routinely stand up to the Hierarchs policies. Members:

• Hera(Acanthus Silver Ladder Sisterhood of the Blessed, Councilor): Hera is largely considered to be the head of the local Silver Laddrer Caucus. She and Agrippa have long held a semi friendly rivalry, opposing each other and several long standing issues of Consilium policy.
• Vulcan(Moros Silver Ladder Forgemaster): Vulcan is a local Sculptor and metal smith, who works are seen throughout the Portland area. He uses his Sculpture to help shift the perceptions of Portlanders and shift the local ley lines into more useful paths.
• Dionysius(Acanthus Silver Ladder Sisterhood of the Blessed) : Dionysius is the owner of Barbatis Pan, and something of a figure in the Local S&M scene. He believes that influencing how Sleepers encounter vice can shape their interaction with society as a whole, and help prepare them for awakening.
• Ares(Thyrsus Adamantine Arrow Perfected Adept): Banner Warden for Cabal.
