Blinded
Effects: Can't see. -3 to rolls using vision, including attacks. Half Defense. If both eyes are affected, -5 and no Defense.
Cause: Eye attack (-5) or Dirty Trick (Dexterity + Athletics - 3 - Defense, blindness lasts for one turn)
End: Heal damage; must recover eye if aggravated
