Madness and chaos is the legacy of the second full moon in a month. It is a time of power for tricksters, and strangeness abounds among wolfkind.
Effects: All dice pools to deceive or trick someone, or to sneak past someone gain the 9-Agains quality. Werewolves also gain a second, random Feral Wolf Archetype during this full moon.
Cause: Second Full Moon in a month.
End: When the Full Moon sets.
