Existing Charm Changes

The following section details the changes that should be made to the existing Solar War Charm set. Among these changes is a reorganization of the Charm Tree structure itself.



Rout-Stemming Gesture: Permits a Rally Troops action as a Reflexive action. Commanding the Ideal Celestial Army: Eliminates the need for a Signal Unit action. Mob-Dispersing Rebuke: Perform a Scatter Opponent action as a Unnatural Mental Influence, and reduces maximum Morale of target unit by 1 if the Unit’s Magnitude is greater than the Solar’s, or by 2 otherwise, for the rest of the combat. Fury Inciting Presence: Creates a Unit of the appropriate Magnitude in Unordered Formation. Heroism-Encouraging Presence: When used, all friendly Units immediately recover all Morale, and gain a bonus to maximum Morale equal to the Solar’s Essence for the rest of the battle. Ideal Battle Knowledge Prana: Eliminates the need for Signal Unit actions entirely, and permits the Solar to act as the Unit Commander for any Unit in the area for the remainder of the scene. In other words, he is no longer required to act as the commander for a single unit — he may make attacks with any unit that recognizes his authority within the range of this Charm’s effect.
