• Thentias "Lord of Lords" Margaster: Patriarch (Rank 10) • 44 years. A merchant prince who was very influential in guiding the formation of House Maerklos while he was in his twenties, Thentias is something of a scholar of Waterdeep's noble history. Though quite dedicated to Selûne, he is also an adherent of Siamorphe as well (and is good friends with Tundar Assumbar). He holds to many Waterdhavian noble traditions with a fervency that seems more superstition than anything else, though he has a reputation as a reliable and realistic lord.
• Naryel Margaster: Consort (Rank 5) • 45 years. Naryel - originally a daughter of House Raventree - is a quietly sarcastic woman with a biting wit and a furtive demeanor. Several ladies in society love sitting next to her at social events, the better to hear her quietly-whispered (almost to herself more than anyone else) caustic commentary.
• Arilestar Margaster: Heir (Rank 3) • 24 years. The eldest and most socially prominent of the Margaster children, Arilestar is well known for her nearly-comical guffaw and grandiose sense of humor. She herself would almost be comical, with her huge laughs, if she weren't quite so pretty. She is also generally acknowledged as the best source for stories - though not always hewn closely to truth, her exaggerations in the retelling are always entertaining, and she loves to hold court at social events and tell her stories.
• Shaesymryl Margaster: Secondborn daughter (Rank 0) • 16 years. Newly Presented, Shae barely managed to escape embarrassment at the Ball when she nearly fell over herself in Piergeiron's presence. His good humor and willingness to dance let her save face. She is a compassionate young woman with an eye for both pretty baubles and pretty faces.
