- Sniper Shot: 2 ranks. 1/round, perform a Sniper Shot Maneuver. Increase the maximum range of ranged weapon by 1 ranged band per rank. Upgrade the Difficulty of this shot by 1 per range band beyond its normal. (Kav-Dann Power Armor > Range Finder)
