Alfonso de Valencia

Alfonso is a former agent for InterPol, and still maintains extensive connections in the world of espionage. He has been assigned to head up the Special Projects Team, overseeing its missions and assigning the talent and resources of his team as necessary to accomplish those goals.

Alfonso shares an office with Sambethe in the Naos Group offices in the Paradise Heights building.

Sambethe Fatemi

A young Iranian seeress who works as Valencia's assistant and second-in-command. Sambethe is named after the ancient Persian sibyl and occasionally experiences nearly-debilitating visions of the future.

Sambethe shares an office with Alfonso in the Naos Group offices in the Paradise Heights building.

  • Special: Visions: Occasionally, Sambethe experiences strange, debilitating visions of the future. In these situations, the Storyteller rolls her Willpower; the more successes that roll gains, the clearer and more precise the vision is, though to interpret and understand the vision, Sambethe must gain at least the same number of successes on a Wits + Occult roll. Each success on the Willpower roll subtracts one point of Willpower from Sambethe's total Willpower pool; if she doesn't have enough Willpower, she takes left over successes as Health Levels of bashing damage.
    • Inhaling the Mists: By breathing in a specialized chemical scent which approximates the fumes found emanating from the geothermal cracks at Delphi and meditating for a few minutes, Sambethe has learned to bring about visions. She may spend a point of Willpower and ten minutes to grant herself a normal Visions roll, but this roll is at Difficulty 2.

Claude Madden

Claude is United States Air Force trained and quite the hot-dog pilot. He is responsible for flying the team from place to place using hired aircraft, and has demonstrated incredible skill in a wide variety of air- and hovercraft vehicles.

Claude acts as general manager for Paradise Heights, with an office in the parking garage across the street from the building proper. From there, he has access to a wide variety of company vehicles, including the helicopter located on the parking garage's rooftop helipad.

Yarok is a Spetznaz-trained soldier who served in black ops after the fall of the USSR, employed to work on combat training with the Special Projects agents. Yarok works as the Combat Instructor for the Special Projects Team, as well as training the Defense Forces for the Naos Group as a whole. In his spare time, he often competes in Ultimate Fighting Competitions.
