Athletic (Downtime)
You are focused on sports, martial arts or other physical activities; Dedicated Beats apply to Physical Traits. For each week of downtime (to a maximum number equal to your Willpower), you may take one use of an Athletic Benefit. For each such instance taken, one future beat becomes a Dedicated Beat when it is awarded.
In Good Shape (Benefit): Gain one use of the Rote Action quality to a Physical Skill roll.
No Pain, No Gain (Benefit): Reduce all wound- and pain-penalties by half for a number of turns equal to your Stamina.
Pushing Through (Benefit): Reduce one lethal wound to a bashing wound.
Possible Sources: Spend one month working out or otherwise engaging in physical activities regularly.
Resolution: Go one week without working out or otherwise engaging in physical activities. You lose any unused Athletic Benefits when you resolve this Condition, but Dedicated Beats must still be spent on Physical Traits.

Devoted (Downtime)
You are focused on your family, friendships or romances; Dedicated Beats apply to Traits associated with the interests pursued by those groups in your life. For each week of downtime (to a maximum number equal to your Willpower), you may take one use of a Devoted Benefit. For each such instance taken, one future beat becomes a Dedicated Beat when it is awarded.
Emotional Security (Benefit): Spend one instance of a Devoted Benefit as though it were a point of Willpower.
Well Regarded (Benefit): Improve your Impression by one step when beginning a Social Maneuver.
Familial Warmth (Benefit): When including the target of a Social Maneuver in some time with your friends or family, automatically open one Door.
Possible Sources: Spend one month in active interaction with friends, family and loved ones.
Resolution: Go one week without time for important relationships. You lose any unused Devoted Benefits when you resolve this Condition, but Dedicated Beats must still be spent on Devoted Traits.

Diverted (Downtime)
You are focused on your hobbies and favorite entertainments; Dedicated Beats apply to Traits associated with those diversions. For each week of downtime (to a maximum number equal to your Willpower), you may take one use of a Diverted Benefit. For each such instance taken, one future beat becomes a Dedicated Beat when it is awarded.
Low Stress (Benefit): You may spend a Diverted Benefit as though it were a point of Willpower.
Trivia (Benefit): Gain the benefit of the Encyclopedic Knowledge Merit. If you already have this Merit, use this to gain a Rote Action quality to a roll to use it.
Relax, Everybody (Benefit): If you include another person in your favorite entertainment, improve your Impression with them by one step for your next Social Maneuver against them within the next month.
Possible Sources: Spend one month in focused diversion or pursuit of interests.
Resolution: Go one week without time for your hobbies. You lose any unused Diverted Benefits when you resolve this Condition, but Dedicated Beats must still be spent on Diverted Traits.

Hardworking (Downtime)
You are focused on work and professional enrichment; Dedicated Beats apply to Traits associated with your professional life. For each week of downtime (to a maximum number equal to your Willpower), you may take one use of a Hardworking Benefit. For each such instance taken, one future beat becomes a Dedicated Beat when it is awarded.
Money to Burn (Benefit): You may use one Hardworking Benefit to gain an additional use of your full Resources without it impacting further use of Resources during that chapter.
Professional Skill (Benefit): Gain one use of the Rote Action quality to one of your Asset Skills from the Professional Training Merit.
Networking (Benefit): When beginning a Social Maneuver that ties into your professional life in some way, reduce the starting Doors necessary by one.
Possible Sources: Spend one month focusing on professional undertakings.
Resolution: Go one week without professional focus. You lose any unused Hardworking Benefits when you resolve this Condition, but Dedicated Beats must still be spent on Hardworking Traits.

Sociable (Downtime)
You are focused on your social life, a whirlwind of parties and engagements whether they are formal ballroom events or underground parties; Dedicated Beats apply to Social Traits. For each week of downtime (to a maximum number equal to your Willpower), you may take one use of a Sociable Benefit. For each such instance taken, one future beat becomes a Dedicated Beat when it is awarded.
Social Capability (Benefit): Gain one use of the Rote Action quality to a Social Skill roll.
Good Impressions (Benefit): Turn a failure into a success in a Social Maneuver or improve Impressions by one step when you begin a Social Manuever.
Party Person (Benefit): Refill all your Willpower as though you'd fulfilled a Virtue when you successfully win a Social Maneuver.

Resolution: Go one week without socializing. You lose any unused Sociable Benefits when you resolve this Condition, but Dedicated Beats must still be spent on Social Traits.

You put your all into your studies, staying up late, skipping hobbies and social engagements to get a few extra hours in each week; Dedicated Beats apply to Mental Traits. For each week of downtime (to a maximum number equal to your Willpower), you may take one use of a Studious Benefit. For each such instance taken, one future beat becomes a Dedicated Beat when it is awarded.
Critical Thinker (Benefit): Gain one use of the Rote Action quality to a Mental Skill roll.
Organized Process (Benefit): Upgrade a failure to a success on any extended Mental Skill roll.
Well-Studied (Benefit): Gain the benefits of the Area of Expertise Merit on a single Mental Skill roll that uses a Specialty.
Possible Sources: Spend one month in focused study.
Resolution: Go one week without focused study. You lose any unused Studious Benefits when you resolve this Condition, but Dedicated Beats must still be spent on Mental Traits.
